This is a very good + hardcover with dust jacket. 1994 Simon & Schuster Publishing. Inside pages are crisp and clean. No writing, marks seen. Binding is tight and straight. The dust jacket is clean and still shiny with only light shelf wear from display.

He describes the art of diplomacy and the balance of power that have created the world we live in. He spans 3 centuries of history in this epic book, starting with the "New World Order" and moving through the 20th century. Included are intimate portraits of world leaders from Nixon and Reagan to Mao Tse-tung and Gorbachev. This book is a must have for any history library and a very good addition to any library.
